Availability: All products displayed are subject to availability from our suppliers. We reserve the right to discontinue any product's listing at any time.

Pricing: All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for facilitation, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Payment: All payments must be made through the payment methods offered on our Site. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions facilitated at our store.

Facilitation of Orders: As a dropshipping store, Pink Derma facilitates the delivery of products from our suppliers directly to you. While we strive to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery, the actual product dispatch and shipping are handled by third-party suppliers and logistics providers. We will make all necessary arrangements for your order delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pink Derma or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

In no event shall Pink Derma, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
