  • Condition: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Refund Process:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at 0325 8511159 with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or full refund.
